We hope to bring someone into your life that would sincerely welcome you into theirs.

Starting a new life in a new country can be tough, especially after the excitement fades. That’s when having a friend matters most. Sadly, 70% of international students in the U.S. struggle to form meaningful friendships with Americans — but Bridges wants to change that. We’re here to connect you with people who genuinely want to welcome you into their lives.

Choy, an international student, shares the challenges of first coming to the U.S. and how Bridges made a positive difference in her life.

Have you ever been in a strange, new place where you didn’t have friends?

Social Gatherings

Bridges hosts fun events where you can meet new friends and experience American culture. Join us for holiday parties like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter — complete with new foods, traditions, and maybe even a song or two. We also meet regularly for games, conversations, and a chance to unwind.

Our gatherings are beautifully multicultural, so every culture feels at home.

P.S. Feel free to poke fun at American quirks — we can laugh at ourselves!

Vision Conference

Each year, Bridges groups from across the U.S. gather for Vision Conference — a time to explore a new city, build friendships, and reflect on faith. Expect powerful talks, exciting games, and great conversations about spiritual questions in both large and small group settings.

Spring Break

Why stay on campus when you can travel instead? Join us for spring break trips to theme parks, camping adventures, or famous attractions. Got a cool destination in mind? We’d love to hear it!

Traveling together is a fun way to deepen friendships and create lasting memories.
