REGISTRATION
When is the registration deadline?
Please register by May 1, 2026 and take note of the early-bird registration discounts in the registration section of the website (the price will increase the closer you get to the retreat). If you are trying to register late, we can do so on a case by case basis. Please contact us using the form below.
Do you offer scholarships if finances are a barrier?
The cost of the retreat has already been heavily subsidized to make the cost as low as possible. But if you need assistance with travel expenses, please reach out to the Yeshotsav team so we can discuss your situation. Travel scholarships are limited and will be offered on a first-come first-served basis, so try to register early.
Can I help sponsor somebody else’s registration costs?
Yes (and thank you for asking)! We would like to be able to offer additional scholarships for registration fees and travel, so if you’d like to make an additional financial gift to help others attend, that would be a huge blessing! You can do so by making a donation on this donation page. *Please make note in the comments section that this is for Yeshotsav.
Can I edit my registration details after I’ve already submitted the form?
Yes! Even if you don’t have your travel details finalized, we’d encourage you to register to reserve your spot. You can return to the registration form to update your flight details, roommate requests, etc. Just click on the original registration link and you should be taken directly to your original registration form.
How do I complete registration for my whole family?
Once you’ve filled out the registration form for yourself, you’ll end up on the final registration review/payment page. Under “Add a Group Member” you will see the option to add your spouse and/or children. Once you’ve added all the members of your family, then you can process your payment.
RETREAT DETAILS
What time should I plan to arrive on Friday, May 22nd? And when can I depart on the 25th?
You can plan to arrive anytime after 4pm on the 22nd. The Friday night session start time is still TBD. The retreat will wrap up on the 25th around 11am, so plan to leave by noon (lunch will not be provided this day).
What can I expect for lodging?
Twin Oaks Ranch has air-conditioned cabins (dorm-style with bunkbeds) that will be split up based on gender. Depending on the size of your family and cabin availability, you may be able to stay together as a family.
• Each cabin has a private bathroom with multiple toilets, sinks, and showers.
• Linens are NOT provided, so please plan to bring a towel, pillow, and sleeping bag (or similar bedding for the bunkbeds).
Will childcare be provided?
Yes, childcare will be provided during the morning/evening main sessions so that you and your spouse can fully participate. We will not have childcare provided during free time activities and meals. *Please indicate on the registration form if you will be utilizing childcare and what the ages of your children are.
Can I attend the retreat if I am a follower of Christ but not from a Hindu background?
This retreat is geared towards Hindu-background believers (HBBs), but of course you are welcome if you are a family member coming alongside an “HBB.” If you are a friend of an HBB or local Bridges staff member, please contact the Yeshotsav team so we can discuss if this retreat is the best fit for you.
What types of meals will be provided?
We will have Indian food catered for lunches and dinners. Breakfast will be provided each morning by the camp and there should be a variety of options to choose from. If you have dietary concerns, please note them down on your registration form.
